Stats update every few minutes and may lag during peak times. If they still look off after 30 min, clear browser cache or try another device. Capture screenshots and the exact timeframe, then contact support to audit the logs.

You have reached the plan’s concurrent-session or request-per-second cap. Implement exponential back-off, queue requests, or upgrade to a higher concurrency tier. If limits persist despite low traffic, provide your client ID and recent request timestamps so we can investigate.

Complete the requested verification (email, phone, KYC). If you believe it’s a mistake, open a ticket describing your intended use.
